Growing up in the heart of Southern Utah, my life has always been defined by the outdoors. Whether I’m under the vast desert stars or in my own backyard, there is no place I’d rather be than gathered around a fire. That passion for the rugged, open air is what led me to the art of smoking meat—a hobby that turned into a lifelong obsession.
